Was my website banned from Google?

Hello, my website is: http://www.transcosmic.com, I recently noticed a grayed-out PR bar in my Google Toolbar while visiting my website. My website is relatively new, so prior to that the PR bar showed 0 but respectively was white – now my website has been and still under construction for around a week now – stating so on the homepage, I’m not sure when the PR bar turned gray but it was somewhere in the past few days I believe…

I don’t know the settings for Incoming/Outgoing server for Windows 2003, under Internet Connection Wizard.

I keep getting error messsages, and cannot send emails. Please help. Under File, I can link by email, import or export files, but I can NOT send emails. The Incoming/Outgoing mail servers are not set. For Windows 2003, what are the correct settings? Please help!
