Why has my website dropped from a PageRank 4 to a PageRank 0?

I am 99.99% sure I have not violated any of their rules. Is this a penalty or could it be a mistake on Google’s part?

For your reference my site is: theprizeblog.com

If I create 3 domain names for the same website will my website increase on search engines?

I have a webisite (lucysflowers.co.uk) If I use 3 or 4 different domain names to get to the same site will it increase my search engines optimisation? For example if I use www.Flowers.co.uk, if someone searched for flowers would I feature near the top??? Any help for an internet novice would be great, thanks
