What is the best way to create natural organic links to my website? and what do you think about link direcotries, do they help or hurt? I use gotlinks.com – I get links daily, in all areas, nothing on topic…Do they help or hurt my future rankings?

I want to do what is better for future rankings.

When building a flash site, how do you ad down loadable documents? -The link that will open a .pdf?

I have been building sites for a while now, but still have to work out a few kinks that i don’t understand. If anyone can help me out i would greatly appreciate it.
