Congratulations on taking the plunge into your new business. It sounds like you aren’t so much interested in the marketing as you are in the actual business. Do what you love.
But, I would have to suggest that your sole job from here on out, until you can hire someone to do it, is the marketing of your business.
That being said, it’s also hard to really pinpoint a one size fits all marketing plan for any business and you don’t give any info as to what your business is. But, just for basics I would get a website going, make sure you have a google places page setup (if you are a local business), and also get at least a twitter account and facebook fanpage for your business.
After all of that is said and done you can work on directing people to your site through your own contribution to social media sites, such as facebook, and twitter, and you can also write a few articles regarding your business that people would want to know.
There are many, many, many more options but most of them depend on what your actual business is. Do you have a product or service, or both? Are you focused locally, nationally, globally? What industry are you in?
You can also look at what other businesses in your industry are doing and use that as a good starting point.
